Resetting your password

Locked out, or just want a new password? Here's how to get back in.

If you forgot your password

On the sign-in page, click the forgot-password link.
Enter the email address you use with Qrese and submit.
Check your inbox for a reset email and open the link.
Choose a new password, confirm it, and save. Then sign in normally.

If you were invited to a team

Your admin's invitation email contains a link to set your password for the first time:

Open the invitation email and click the link.
Set your password and confirm it.
Sign in with your email and new password.

If you're already signed in

You don't need the reset flow — change your password from Settings → Security with Change Password (enter your Current Password, then the new one twice).

Troubleshooting

Reset email never arrives — check spam and confirm you entered the address your account uses.
The link says invalid or expired — links are single-use and time-limited. Request a new reset email (or a new invitation, if you're a new teammate).
