Adding a new location (guided setup)
The guided flow connects your Google and Facebook pages, matches them together, and creates the new location ready to work — the same way your first location was set up when you joined Qrese.
Before you start
- Have access to the Google account that manages the new location's Business Profile, and (optionally) the Facebook account that manages its Page.
- Adding a location may add it to your subscription — you'll see the price before confirming.
Steps
- 1. Go to Locations and start the add-location flow. A progress bar guides you through the stages: Google → Facebook → Matching → Setup → Payment.
- 2. Connect Google — sign in with Google and allow access, then select the business page(s) you want to bring in.
- 3. Connect Facebook — sign in with Facebook and select the matching Page(s). You can also skip Facebook and continue with Google only.
- 4. Match your pages — Qrese pairs each Google page with its Facebook page so both feed the same location. Review the matches; if a pairing is wrong, remove it and match again. A location can also be created from a Google page alone.
- 5. Summary — review the locations about to be created and confirm.
- 6. Payment — if you're past your trial, you'll see a payment summary for the added location(s) before confirming the charge. On a trial, the location is added without an immediate charge.
- 7. Done — the new location appears on your Locations page with its pages already connected.
Creating a location manually
If you just want an empty location without connecting pages yet:
- 1. Go to Locations → Create Location.
- 2. Enter the Location Name and a Description.
- 3. Click Create Location.
You can connect its Google, Facebook, Instagram or Apple pages later — see [Connecting your pages to a location].
Tips
- Match carefully: reviews, metrics and posts all flow into the location through its connected pages.
- If your Google account manages several businesses, only select the pages that belong to this organization.
