Signing in and two-factor verification

Sign in at the Qrese login page with your email and password. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is set up, you'll confirm it's really you with a one-time code.

Signing in

Open the Qrese sign-in page.
Enter your email and password and sign in.
If 2FA is on, continue below.

Two-factor verification

On Select Your 2FA Method, choose where to receive your code — your email or your phone.
Check your inbox or messages, then type the code under Verification Code (*"Please enter the verification code you received:"*).
Click Verify Code. You're in.

Turning 2FA off

If you no longer want the extra step, you can disable it — you'll be asked "Do you want to disable 2FA?" to confirm. We recommend keeping it on: it protects your reviews, customers and billing even if your password leaks.

Troubleshooting

Code never arrives — check spam (email) or wait a minute (text); then request a new code.
Forgot your password? — see Resetting your password.
Invitation link says invalid or expired — ask your admin to send a fresh invitation.
